Washington state law taking effect October 1, 2025 requires us to collect sales tax on 'live presentations'.
Registration for in-person classes will have the Spokane, WA sales tax (9.1%) added during checkout.
If you will receive the training in a different tax code area, or are exempt, please contact us and we will register you and send you an invoice for the correct amount.

Please note that while payment is not required prior to the class, it is required prior to receiving your certificate. Be aware that certificate processing can take several business days after payment is received.
Refund Policy: If you register for a class and are unable to attend, we are happy to give you credit towards a future class, but cash refunds will not be provided.
